Return and Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@coolprodukt.com. Our return policy lasts for 7 days after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we will provide you with a replacement or issue a refund. If you purchased route package protection which covers lost items, we will also provide you with a replacement or refund.

Return Processing Time:

The return processing time is typically 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your return. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or replacement as per your preferred method of refund. If the return center does not receive your return after 15 days of creating the return label, it will be automatically closed in our system. Refunds:

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to show up on your payment account and email gift certificates may take 48 hours to arrive in your inbox. Postal mail gift certificates usually arrive within 2-6 business days. Refunds are only for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.
